Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you recieved a damaged item, please contact us ASAP so we can correct this issue. We are not liable for postal issues. Once a package has been scanned in USPS is responsible if the package is damaged or delayed, please purchase insurance to ensure your package is covered! I will help you resolve the issue with USPS the best I can.
