Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you recieved a damaged item, please contact us ASAP so we can correct this issue. We are not liable for postal issues. Once a package has been scanned in USPS is responsible if the package is damaged or delayed, please purchase insurance to ensure your package is covered! I will help you resolve the issue with USPS the best I can.

Please note that I am one person, I do my best to always get orders out within 7-10 business days but sometimes life happens and I get them out a day or two late!

If you place an order that has RTS and something that takes 7-10 business, your order will go out at 7-10 business days unless you contact me and pay separate shipping!
